The best kept secret in music

A new direction
When I first came across Karmafree I wasn’t sure what to make of it, but after a while it started to grow on me and now I find it’s style intriguing. Just using the power of vocals and bass they have managed to create something that many would consider unique, myself included.

The concept behind it is simple. Using the powerful influence of music they intend to spread the message of peace and love to the world. In doing so the have managed to create a brand new genre “positive”. This simple desire has created something amazing and they deserve all the respect they get.

Considering that there are only the two of them it is impressive that they have managed to create the sound of a full band even during live performances. Listening to their music I found myself feeling better about myself and having a more positive outlook on the world. It is this if nothing else, that proves that their desires are worth pursuing.

U should probably mention that their will be those who ridicule this band for the beliefs they hold. In my opinion everyone is entitled to their own personal beliefs. Being perfectly honest I would be more likely to sympathise with the band than with those who would deride them.

So as always I leave you with a link to their website http://www.myspace.com/karmafreelife - Stephen McManus Big-in-the-game.com

Karmafree was great at Mychoone festival, they played a great acoustic set & went down a treat amongst the festival goers, they sang with such passion.. Mychoone festival would definitely recommend this band!!!

Pulsing, intricate basslines and hypnotic loops blend with a captivating vocal performance to insure all eyes are fixed on the stage.

Karmafree bring positive vibes to the Hornbeam with their spiritual uplifting songs driven with their live beatbox vocals with bass, bringing creative and dynamic sounds to their audience.

Karmafree are a beautiful shining couple and their music is full of passion, inspiration and love! Very uplifting!

Karma's music brought to a lovely closing the afterparty in Brighton beach after the naked bike ride. Their velvet music flowed very much as just another natural element of the sea, the breeze and the sunset that we had right in front of us. It was delightful.

Karmafre - Karmafree 2010

Feeling a bit camera shy

Karmafree is duo from Riga, Latvia. Their music is very recognizable, it's made with bass guitar, voice and live looping. Most
of Karmafree's songs are a protest- against system, slavery,
capitalism, consumerism, animal cruelty, religion.. It's a call to
people all over the world to unite and reclaim their rights
