Kat started in Music Theatre, starring in various roles whilst studying singing, dancing and acting at University before stepping out on her own. She has been a host/compere for The Wiggles 'Dorothy the Dinosaur Dance Party' and a featured actor in the recent Worksafe 'Hazards' commercials.
Originally from Adelaide Kat grew up playing Viola and Jazz voice before teaching herself the guitar. Early on she sung in ska/punk band "Astroturf" and then founded acoustic band "Sweet Disaster which had airplay on local Adelaide radio station Life FM.
Recently 4 of her songs were shortlisted in The Australian Songwriters Association Songwriting Competition.
