Katie Roth

Katie Roth is a dynamic songwriter, artist, and entertainer. At the age of 16 she is able to connect with the audience and give a great performance for all ages. Her music has an acoustic pop twist enjoyable for everyone. Katie is well known in the Orlando area from playing at great places in the area such as The Abbey, Dandelion Communitea Cafe, Sleeping Moon Cafe, Austin's Coffee and Film, Cranes Roost, Twilight Teen Club, The Music Lab and others. With her experience of playing locally she has aquired a vast and loyal fan base.

Hi, I am Katie Roth. I am 16 from Orlando, FL. At the age of 11 I was given a guitar for Christmas. After strumming around for a couple of months I finally started taking guitar lessons. While learning the greats like The Beatles and Fleetwood Mac my guitar teacher encouraged me to begin writing my own songs. While timid at first, I began to fall in love with the art of songwriting. Being able to tell my story through song was the greatest feeling. With a few originals up my sleeve, when I was 13 I began playing at local open mics around Orlando. I loved the feeling of playing for a crowd and having them connect with my music and stories. I quickly began writing and performing more. I have played at many fabulous places such as The Abbey, Dandelion Communitea Cafe, Sleeping Moon Cafe, Austin's Coffee and Film, Cranes Roost, Twilight Teen Club, The Music Lab and more.
