Ten Fingers, Ten Toes

Written By: Kati Hendricks and Laura Duksta

Ten Fingers Ten Toes

People are saying, you're out of control
But they don't know your heart, and they can't know your soul
They weren't there, when you took your first step
And you said daddy for the first time as I silently wept

When you said your ABC's and sang your first nursery rhyme
What I wouldn't give if I could turn back the hands of time.....

(Chorus)
Ten fingers ten toes, a smile that could melt
The coldest of snows
You will always be my angel, your daddy’s little girl
The memories play on in my mind
I remember counting, ten fingers ten toes

The first boy who came by to see you
Didn’t know what to say or do,
I had to let go, cuz that’s what a daddy’s has to do
I promised I’d be there, for whatever you go through
Even when you pushed for your freedom I’d always stand by you

Life can take us to unexpected places but it’s the love that brings us back home

Ten fingers ten toes, a smile that could melt
The coldest of snows
You will always be my angel, you’re daddy’s little girl
The memories play on in my mind
I remember counting, ten fingers ten toes

You were everybody’s hero, for so long
Then you grew into a woman and
My little girl was gone
I can't always be, the keeper of your heart
But I'll always leave a light on
Should life become too dark

Life can take us to unexpected places but it’s the love that brings us back home

Ten fingers ten toes, a smile that could melt
The coldest of snows
You will always be my angel, daddy’s little girl
And the memories play on in my mind
I remember counting, ten fingers ten toes

I remember counting, ten fingers ten toes

I Saw Horses Running Out of the Mountains

Written By: Kati Hendricks

I Saw Horses Running Out of the Mountain

I saw horses running out of the mountains
They were made of snow, then came to life,
They reminded me of the love of Jesus
And how His love can bring new life
Into the lost and the hurting
How it makes everything alright
I saw Horses Running Out of the Mountain
And through God’s wonder, through God’s wonder, they came to life

Then the horses they came a running
Shining in the dawn of a new light
They’re like Olympic athletes who fight to win with all their might
Oh to get to where they’re going, whether it’s day or night
I saw horses running out of the mountains
And I saw God on the eagle who takes flight

And then I saw a dove appear and an angels face so bright
It was shining down on me, oh then I saw the dove take flight
And above the stars I saw them herding
And now the horses are in flight
It was that moment I saw what God was doing
It was a chariot for Him on high

I saw horses running out of the mountains
They were made of snow, then came to life,
It reminded me of the love of Jesus
And how His love can bring new life

I saw horses running out of the mountains
They were made of snow, then God brought them to life
