Time after time, Katy May found herself in bands going nowhere. It seemed that no one was ready to write there own music. It was either Alkaline Trio covers or Van Halen covers. Finally, Katy and Sean decided that they were ready to write their own music together. Thus, Katy Needs A Life was formed.
