"New Single 'Music Video' 2015"

Folk singer Kaurna Cronin has today released a brand new video for his latest single, Inside Your Town is Inside Your Head.

Recorded at the Inky Business Studios in Byron Bay, the front man wonders his way through empty streets as he bumps in to fellow band members and continues on to expand the group while the blues inspired song plays over the top.

At the climax of the clip, reaching just under two and a half minutes, Cronin and his backing band are finally seen jamming together which also includes a killer electric guitar solo — check it out here!

Meanwhile, it is busy times for Cronin who will release his upcoming album, Glass Fool this year, which also features the above track.

"Kaurna Cronin - Pistol Eyes"

A few months ago at the very first Timber & Steel curated folk event in Adelaide, Kaurna Cronin and his band took to the stage to launch his second release- Wishing Wells before a captivated audience at The Jade Monkey.

Since then, Kaurna has been travelling, writing, recording, performing, busking, networking, creating and planning to hit the road in a big way upon his return to Australia next year.

Filtering back from his current base in Berlin through to Adelaide has been some of the fruit of Kaurna‘s labour, including this new video for “Pistol Eyes”. I’ve been informed that there’s more on the way too, so keep an eye out for this 19 year old South Australian. - Timber & Steel

"Introducing "Kaurna Cronin""

Introducing Kaurna Cronin. Kaurna spent his childhood on the road and living out of a suitcase as he accompanied his travelling parents. At 19 years of age, Kaurna has travelled Australia & Europe, performing on the streets & in all-sorts of mismatched venues.

He plays an Australian inspired style of Nu-Folk Pop that couples meaningful lyrics with smooth, ethereal melodies; his storyteller style of writing shows maturity well beyond his years. His second release “Wishing Wells” was produced and recorded in a dim-lit lounge room and unveiled beneath fairy lights to a pretty crowd, in his hometown of Adelaide.
Kaurna’s upcoming releases were written in Berlin & on the road, being inspired by his thoughts & the thoughts and stories of those throughout his journey.(Available June 2012). With a foot tap beat, edgy harmonica and a story to tell, his live performance will capture, inspire and drive you home with a grin.

As well as being a piece of indie sensation ‘Jimmy And The Mirrors’, 2012 sees Kaurna blazing a trail for his solo career with plans of an upcoming tour and a collection of releases throughout the year. Keep your eye on this handsome sprite – Check out his hypnotic material below… - It's Official
