KC The Realist

Born Kendrick Cook in Seattle, Washington KC The Realist has been in the hip hop game for over a year now making tracks on a serious note. Although he was born in Seattle, KC spent most of his child hood and teenage years in the mile high city. He is a local and upcoming artists coming out of Aurora, Colorado. Dating back from 2006 when hip hop wasn’t really that big for him, KC has always strive ...to make it into the industry and putting his own stamp in the game of hip hop. From just rapping on a live microphone with basic audio recording software KC started off just grinding it out when it came to making music, but soon and surely he was able to come up and produce better quality sounding music. In 2009 KC dropped his first ever piece of work which was a mixtape entitled “The Upcoming” receiving positive and negative feedback from the mixtape from his fellow networkers and friends it only made him want to create even better music to a point where everybody would enjoy it. Now that he is in 2011 he only looks to move forward and build up his brand and his music even more. This is just the beginning for KC and if you haven’t heard about him now you better ask somebody because he is headed to the top slowly but surely. KC is always striving for perfection with everything he does and until that goal is met his hunger for the game just continues to grow each and every single time he steps in the recording booth.
