K-Deezy started his career rapping with the Street Lordz and was first exposed to the public on their
debut album “Platinum Roleez Don’t Tic Toc” and was featured on their second album, “Platinum Masterpiece”.
Once K-Deezy decided to step out as a solo artist, he found immediate success. The debut album for this
virtually unkown artist at the time sold 30,000 when dropped! Because of his talent, he was able to collaborate
with big names such as B.G. Other guests on the album include Royce da 5’9” and Street Lordz members.
After that, he was working with even bigger artists such as Akon, Sean Kingston, and Royce Da 5’9”, which
were guests on his Ill Cartel Mix Tape “The Role Model”, which sold 10,000 copies, while 5,000 free copies
were given to the community. Recently, K-Deezy dropped a double-disc album titled “GDB Vs The World”. He
was truly blessed with talent and a natural magnetism that enable his continual growth all around the country.PERFORMANCES AND EVENTS
Several venues have been rocked by K-Deezy including Chene Park, Joe Louis, Cobo, Comerica Park,
Silver Dome, State Theater, Fox Theater, Cloud 9, Onyx, Crazy Horse, St Andrews, Kingdom, and Princess
boat. He’s even brought the audience the quality of performing with a live band when he headlined at Chene
Park. He has had the privelege to open shows for the biggest names, including Birdman, Lil Wayne, Pliz, 3
6 Mafia, Too Short, Young Dro, ICE Cube, Dog Pound, Krupt, T. I., T Pain, Dipset, Birdman, Rick Ross, Dj
Quick, E-40, Young Joc, DJ UNK, Rich Boy, Ciara, Dip Set, Sean Kingston, OJ da juice man , Nikki Manji, and
Gucci Mane! This year he even had a special performance with lil Kim @ Blondie’s on the river. Popular on the
radio, K-Deezy has also headlined for different radio stations, including 102.7, 95.5, 97.9. He shined during the
White Party in 2007, and has performed at Summer Jam every year consistently since he came out in 2005.
Starting as a local artist, K-Deezy has been seen and heard in most of Michigan, including Detroit, Lansing,
Flint, Mt Clemons, Southfield, Ann Arbor, Pontiac , Ben Harbor, Muskegon. Shows in Ohio include Toledo,
Dayton, Columbus.
K-Deezy is a great host for events, using his charm to engage the crowd. Every Sunday, he hosts
Onyx and consistently fills up 75% of the club with his presence alone. At Onyx’s 2010 birthday celebration, he
hosted the party alongside Gorilla Zoe. He also hosted Kanye Wests’s single and mix tape release party this
year. He has headlined two sold out Pontiac shows, held a very successful six month five-figure contract with
Crazy Horse, participated with Coats for Kids at the Science Center. During his contract with Crazy Horse that
recently ended in July, their margin was increased by over $170,000.
Seen as a true “Role Model”, his gifts to the community do not end with parties and concerts. K-Deezy’s
talent has been translated into the theatre as well, during his role in KAMEL SMITH PRESNTS Meet the
parents with Clifton Powell, Monica Blair, & Diaz Cortez Crenshaw hosted by 102.7. He has also filmed a
role this year in the new movie “SWAT”, which has not even be released yet! K-Deezy has written his own
film called “Stuck in My Ways” which is just waiting on production. He even participates in charity events, the
latest this year being the Cease Fire Movement. Monster Energy Drink sponsored an International auto show
autograoh signing session for K-Deezy that went very well.His popularity has become huge in Detroit and has
started expanding outside of the City.
