Since 2004 Keef Courage, a Midland, MI based trio is proving that quality hip hop music can come out of a small middle class town. While staying true to their message Keef Courage is gaining a solid fan base by recording original music with a positive message and combine that with a high energy live show from beginning to end, Keef Courage is a name you that you will want to look for.
Keef Courage is not just your run of the mill hip hop group, from the beginning in which they had two MC’s and two DJ’s to the present day lineup. They have always drawn on their wide array of musical influences ranging from punk to jazz. Keef Courage has always wrote songs from their personal experiences, not about how much money they make or how many cars they have, but they write about real life situations and experiences that have happened to them growing up in a small town.
Keef Courage isn’t going to rely on gimmick songs or create a new dance craze to gain popularity, they are going to let their music do the talking for them and that is what being a real musician is all about.
