For most people Kee is known as the guitar player of Swedish multiplatinum supergroup EUROPE, which launched their flight into international superstardom with ”The Final Countdown” (#1 on the singles charts in 21(!) countries) in the mid 80’s.
For his fans all over the world he is much more than that. In 1983 Kee’s glam rock band EASY ACTION got a direct signing with the legendary Warner label SIRE, discovered by record industry icon Seymour Stein. They recorded two albums that were released worldwide; EASY ACTION and THAT MAKES ONE.
He left EA to join EUROPE in 1986. (The singer of EA, Zinnie J. San, joined SHOTGUN MESSIAH)
During the golden metal era of the 80’s, signed to EPIC USA they recorded two studio albums (OUT OF THIS WORLD, 1988, and PRISONERS IN PARADISE, 1991) and made three world tours.
(Europe’s phenomenal crossover/worldwide success took them all over the planet and even to the outskirts of civilization. They broke new ground in South East Asia and even became “Band Of The Year” in INDIA 1988!)
Earning a reputation as a world-renowned guitar god, he released an instructional video for REH in 1992. In 1996 his first solo album; SHINE ON, was released by ARCADE. The title track and first single became a radio hit in Scandinavia and charted all over Europe.
Starting his own studio; GEM Studios, in Sweden’s Metal Town GOTHENBURG (the home of IN FLAMES and HAMMERFALL) gave him the opportunity to do the entire production, from demos to final mix, in-house.
MELON DEMON DIVINE is the first result of this, a heavily guitar oriented metal throbbing production with melodic songs. RAPTOR was featured on the soundtrack of the US Motion picture BLOOD SHOT, and CAN I BE THE ONE became the US MASTERS Tennis official anthem.
IN 2008 KEE IS TAKING THE SHOW ON THE ROAD!
With his 5-piece band he is performing songs from his solo albums and his favorite tracks from EUROPE and EASY ACTION.

Per molti Kee e' il chitarrista della grande band Svedese multiplano, gli EUROPE, entrati nello Superstardom grazie alla HIT "The Final Countdown"(#1 nelle charts di21(!) paesei) nella meta' degli anni '80, ma per i veri fans in tutto il mondo Kee Marcello e' molto di piu'. Nel 1983 i glamsters  EASY ACTION,capitanati dallo stesso Kee, firmano con la legendaria SIRE (sottoetichetta della Warner Bros) con la quale registrano due albums pubblicati in tutto il mondo, EASY ACTION e THAT MAKES ONE. Kee Marcello lascia gli EA per divenire il nuovo chitarrista degli EUROPE nel 1986 anno nel quale affrontera' un Tour Mondiale di supporto a "The Final Countdown". Durante l'era d'oro del Metal, gli EUROPE firmano con la EPIC USA e realizzano due albums (Out Of This World, 1988, e Prisoners In Paradise, 1991) e ben 3 tour mondiali.
Tra i piu' apprezzati ed amati chitarristi del mondo, Kee realizza un an instructional video  per la REH nel 1992. Nel 1996 realizza il primo album solista dal titolo SHINE ON per la ARCADE. La titletrack dell'album diviene una Hit radio in Scandinavia ed entra in classifica anche nel resto d'Europa.
MELON DEMON DIVINE e' il titolo del secondo album da solista, un lavoro piu' metal oriented del suo predecessore e che vede il brano RAPTOR incluso nella colonna sonora del film BLOOD SHOT mentre CAN I BE THE ONE diviene l'inno ufficiale dei MASTERS di tennis negli Usa.
Il 2008 vede la reunion degli EASY ACTION e la preparazione del nuovo album solista di Kee, in uscita verso l'estate.

KEE is telling his story and journey from the air guitar playing teenager to the respected guitar player in one of the biggest metal bands in the world via a neck-wrecking roller coaster trip of successes and fiascos.

The device; “the one who never gives up succeeds” is the theme when he is revealing the story about the, to say the least, turbulent journey from a struggling musician on the verge of starvation in a small town of Sweden to a private jet flying mega star and the encounters with some of rocks biggest icons.

He is playing riffs and songs from his career and all the musicians that inspired him on the way, giving the spectators total insight as he is explaining all the techniques that gave him guitar legend status worldwide.
