Kee'on

Kee’on Khyrston Jones is a 21 year-old, diverse, and multi-talented R&B/POP artist from Buffalo, NY. Ever since writing his first song at the age of twelve, Kee’on always knew he’d be a star. Aside from his tremendous vocal abilities, Mr. Jones also had an unbelievable passion for dancing all throughout his childhood. “I never really had the “swag” of a normal fat-boy, which is why the world loves me”, he stated to a local radio personality. Following graduation from Western Branch High School in Chesapeake, Virginia, Kee’on was ready to launch his entertainment career. So in August of 2008, he decided to head to his dream state, CALIFORNIA! After being introduced by his uncle to producer Derek “Big Tank” Thornton, he began a paid internship at Babyface’s Recording Studio at the Edmonds Towers located in Hollywood. Among being paid $100/day, Kee’on spent most of his internship hours writing choruses and mastering his craft. After returning to Virginia in 2009, he decided to keep his dream alive. In 2010, It was here that he met the local legend Frank “Nitty” Newman. Mr. Newman then to sign Kee’on to “Protect Ya Neck Records”, a branch of “Wu-Tang Records”, which led to the worldwide debut of Mr. Jones. Kee’on has performed at many Virginia based performance art venues such as: The NorVa, The Patriot Center, The Nissan Pavilion, The Carter Barron Amphitheater, and The Crispus Attucks Theatre. He has also performed at many clubs, bars, lounges, and other nightlife venues such as:
Royal Blue, Blakely’s, Shakas, and Fuego’s Lounge. Kee’on has had the opportunity to work with several major recording artists such as “Omarion”, “Chris Brown”, “Bow Wow”, and “Pleasure P”. Kee’on plans to progress his career quickly with hard work, dedication, and an optimistic attitude. “Hopefully, the game will recognize me as one the best”.
