Kelly Collins is a singer/songwriter, and solo performer from Charlotte, NC. His musical style draws from many classic acoustic songwriters from James Taylor to Edwin McCain, but also includes many songs that are quite honestly hard to classify, and have been described as " a unique blend of Southern song-smithing that doesn't quite fit in any genre box". Songs with common threads about everyday life, yet narrated with uncommon lyrical simplicity that borders upon haunting at times, and tinged with mischevious humor and satirical bite at others.
