Bio
New Hampshire native and current resident of the songwriting Mecca of Nashville, Kelsie Cameron has come a long way since she first started singing herself to sleep in her mid-teens. In the ten or so years since her humble beginnings, the songstress has up an moved half-way across the country, with no job and no connections, to Nashville where she made a strong, albeit slow-growing, first impression on the citys vibrant music scene. After working several jobs to save enough money to finance her first album, the talented singer-songwriter teamed up with engineer Steve Dady, who owns Sunset Blvd Studios in Brentwood, TN, and the end result of this partnership is her dynamic debut album Sip. Swallow. Digest.
Shortly after releasing her independent release, Kelsie decided to make a music video for the title track "Catch and Release" with over 2,000 views on YouTube, this song has caught the attention of many!
Strongly influenced by non commercial music, Kelsie gains inspiration from Fiona Apple, Tori Amos, Plumb and MUTEMATH.
