In September, Kelz the baby in the No Tyze Entertainment family-which has released albums and mixtapes by Detroit popular group The Fat Killahz-reached #7 on the Hot R&B single sales chart with his infectious song “Ye Aint Bout Dat” The songs video features guest appearances by Raz B formerly of B2k, Dollah Jones, and crooner Trey Songz.

A dancer and former model Kelz has toured with Yolanda Adams, MC Lyte, and Regina Belle. He’s also been on sponsored tours with Pantene and Teen People Magazine. Meanwhile, he’s appeared on BET’S 106&Park, and appeared in Vibe Magazine. Kelz has production from some of heavy hitters like Khao, Mike Winans, Bei Maejor, Chip Dixson, Chris Cobb, Silent Riot, Rock Boy and Lazy Genius.

Kelz’s CD featured the dynamic rock infused single “We Got It” featuring King Gordy. The video shoot for the video to the single “Ye Aint Bout Dat” was shut down by police because more than 1,000 artists, fans and supporters came out to be a part of the moment.

KELZ released his debut album The Main Event at age 16. In 2007, a more mature KELZ reentered the music scene with the release of the single "Ye Ain't Bout Dat". The "Ye Ain't Bout Dat single" did very well for KELZ and debuted on the Billboard Music Charts on September 8, 2007 at #21 on the Hot 100 Hot sigles sales chart, and #89 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop songs chart. The "Ye Ain't Bout Dat" single continued to climb the charts on Oct 6, 2007 the song peaked at # 2 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart, ironically the song crossed over and landed at #7 on the Hot Pop Sales Chart. The success of the "Ye Aint Bout Dat" single lead the Kelz's first national retail tour exclusively through the FYE retail music chain. The "Ye Ain't Bout Dat" music video features guest appearances by Raz B (formerly of B2K), rappers Dollah Jones and Tone Tone, and crooner Trey Songz.

KELZ is currently in the studio putting the finishing touches on his 2nd project "ADHD".

KELZ is also an accomplished drummer who studied under the tuteledge of Grammy nominated drummer Gayelynn McKinney and has won many talent competitions. Kelz has been performing since he was a small child, a highlight of his career a drummer included and appearance on Showtime at the Apollo.

As a child model KELZ held campaigns for many major retailers including Hudson's, Sears, JcPenney's, Marc Buchanan, and Little Rascals.

Along with his mother KELZ launched the non-profit company E.O.C.S.O.C (Embracing Our Children-Saving Our Community). By partnering music, with education and awareness KELZ set out to change the blight of the hungry and homeless in his hometown of Detroit Michigan. Kelz reached out to other Detroit rappers and put on a series of free concerts that raised more than 75,000 pounds of food. The success of the Detroit program lead KELZ to launch similar programs in Atlanta, Indiana, Ohio and Florida. to date more than 100 shows have been held. KELZ was the headline act on 2007's "Black Out" Tour which also toured middle and high schools across the US.

KELZ made his on screen debut appearing in the highly acclaimed independent Dirty Mitten Films movie "Project 313". The movie's soundtrack featured Kelz's original song "I'm Outside".

KELZ also had a walk on role in the 2001 film Rain (starring Telma Hopkins)

Kelz's current project The "Launch Pad" Mixtape features 21 original songs has been download more than 85,000 times. The second mixtape I the "Launch Pad Series " I am KELZ" is slated for a January 2011 release.
