Biography

KE (KELLEY)

Charismatic Brooklyn-based Kelley Kelley, has been steady on his grind since graduating Berklee College of Music in 2001. Shortly after relocating to Brooklyn in 2002, he connect with R&B vocalist/rapper E.Casanova and produce a five-song EP, and a music video for the single “Light It Up” (myspacetv.com)

During that period, Kelley Kelley, the multi-instrumentalist joined up with up-and-coming hip-hop group “Aquavibe”. He helped step up the band’s live show and recordings, securing three songs on the “Play-The Mansion” video game; Aquavibe also headlined a show at the Playboy Mansion for the debut of the video game.

Not content to just work in a band setting, Kelley Kelley continued developing and honing his writing and production style through Zen Media group. There, he collaborated with their staff writers and gained his first major label production and writing credit for the song “Eavesdroppin’’” on the debut CD for the teenage sensation, “The Slumber Party Girls”. UMG VP Ron Fair selected the track himself. During this time, Kelley Kelley also had his first volume “Bangin’ Beats” published by music library Freeplaymusic.com. Via Freeplay, Kelley Kelley has had his beats used by ESPN, NBA channel, MTV’s “The Hills”, and many more.

Most recently, Kelley Kelley co-wrote and produced the single, “Too Late”, for R&B/pop singer “Katie Neil” (myspace.com/katieneil), who signed with the “Full Force” production company. He also delivered a second volume, “Bangin’ Beats II”, to Freeplaymusic.com.

Kelley Kelley lives and breathes the music he makes. He is a true student of the game. He brings heat to every project he’s involved with. Kelley Kelley and KEMa is “the next right now” in music.

MA (FAMA)

Splitting time between her native home of Paris France and Senegal Africa, Fama was brought up in a multicultural environment influenced by African beats, European sounds and listening to famous icon like Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder to name a few.

Fama was always attracted by the artistic world, she starting acting, dancing, and soon enough realized a passion for singing. She then joined a girls band named Elegance but after a year the group fell apart.

Fama went forward and joined a gospel choir "BMS" (Black Music School), this is where she began to polish her craft, she finally found a way to express herself and discovered her love for piano, therefore she started to involve herself more and more into the creative process and started to produce her own music. After performing with the choir, collaborating with other artists, she decided to take it to another level and went to New York City.

New York was the beginning of a big journey; Fama first attended the Harlem School of Arts, while going to the Broadway Dance Center. In 2008, she finally released a single called "Walking Away" dedicated to the awareness of domestic violence.

In 2009, she met with A & R Ken Goldfeder and was selected to be part of a compilation record to be released at that time by Interscope for a nationwide brand, but unfortunately never went through.

This Ep called Power of 11 was produced by Kaleb Rollins. Fama co-produced and co wrote on most tracks.

Power of 11 was a true reflection of Fama's different influences Dance/Pop, blending with Hip Hop and R&B.

Fast forward to 2012, after meeting with Kelley Kelley who used to tour with Prince a new duo is born

Lyrics

My kinda Thing

Written By: kelley kelley,fama ndiaye

VERSE
I see you on the subway
I see you every Tuesday
On my way to work
You’re on your way to school
You always wear the flyest
Cool blue T-Shirts
And I dig your tattoo
It says "catch-22"

PRECHORUS
Your eyes never looked my way
Buried in Spanish authors
From back in the day
I'm still trying to figure out
What to say
To get your attention
In the nicest way
Without sounding cliché

CHORUS
It's the way that you walk,
It the way that you talk,
My kind of thing

It’s the way that you move
It’s the way tat you groove
My kind of thing

It's the way that you smell
On a fresh spring day
It’s your love
That takes my breath away
My kind of thing (x3)

VERSE 2
I see you on my way home
I see you bur-ied in your i-Phone
I wish you were home alone
So I could call you like Tyrone
My heart is like a metronome
I wanna take you to my Honeycomb
My honeycomb hideout
So baby we can ride out
Maybe we could dine out
Come on!

PRECHORUS 2
Your eyes never looked my way
You keep turning the pages
Of my love away
I'm still trying to figure out
How to say
I want you in my world
In the nicest way
Without sounding cliché

CHORUS

BRIDGE
I know we're almost here baby
I know the time is near
But words are so hard to say
We both have other lives
Unfortunately babe
I’ll wait till next Tuesday
To see you My Kind of thing

CHORUS

Set List

STAY
HOME
WE FOUND LOVE
ROUND MIDNITE
MY FUNNY VALENTINE
I'LL BE THERE
JUST A KISS
ALMOST IS NEVER ENOUGH
LET IT BE
COUNTING STARS
SAY SOMETHING
ONLY GIRL
MY KIND OF LOVE
HOW WILL I KNOW
ORDINARY PEOPLE
SOMEBODY I USED TO KNOW
LUCKY
YES I CAN
AIRPLANES
MONSTER
HEARTBEATS
BARTON HALLOW
CRY ME A RIVER
MISTRAL GAGNANT
