Right now my new album "Poppin That Metal" is in stores and on ITunes. The first single "Git Getto" won Radio One's 2009 Traffic Music Award for street song of the year. It also has a remix Ft "The Game", plus a Brazilian remix called "Favella" which is receiving heavy rotation in South America. The second single "Re Rock" Ft Shawty Lo is now in rotation in St. Louis night clubs and on Hot 104.1 FM. I was born and raised on the murderous streets of St. Louis, Mo. I've pretty much lived a street life and my music is inspired from things I've seen or experienced growing up in my ghetto situation. The artist that inspire me most likely dont even make music anymore but the present day rap artist whose music I can respect would be Young Jeezy, Jay-Z, T.I and Beyonce. I've been writing music since age 11 and I haven't stop since. In 2005 I established my own record label GANGBAND Entertainment. I started releasing material and performing everywhere. In June 2007 me and two members of my record label was ambushed and shot at over 60 times. During the ambush my best friend and driving force behind GANGBAND ENT was shot and killed, my artist and close friend took a life threatening shot to the heart and I was shot 8 times. After this incident I decided to make music only about my true day to day experiences in real life, and so far its gotten a lot of positive attention - plus a very credible name in Independent music.
