Blending smooth vocals, urban lyrics (with a rugged Australian edge) and performances that consistently entertain & impact, Kent has been gaining praise & attention from audiences and across the industry. His credits have included:

* Joined Clare Bowditch onstage at The Basement, Sydney as part of her 2008 Winter Secrets Tour.
* Top 10 in the Australian MP3 Pop Charts
* Featured on Sounds Like Cafe compliation CD of top and tipped Aussie artists alongside Paul Kelly, Abby Dobson & Tina Arena
* Performed to full houses at the St Kilda & Bondi Openair Film Festivals in feb '08
* Was booked to play the Home Grown Roots stage prior to the unfortunate cancellation of The 2007 Peats Ridge Festival on New Years Eve, however he then teamed up with other Sydney musicians to help organise the aptly named "for peats sake festival" which was a resounding local success.
* Released debut E.P. "relaxin' at deans" in 2004.

Kent has toured and played venues & festivals most recently an Adelaide to Brisbane tour with multiple regional radio and TV appearances. The singles Differences and Better Place from his album, have received airplay nationally including on Triple J. Differences also featured on Vol. 19 of Foghorn Records Sounds Like Cafe CD (distributed to 1,200+ cafes nationally) alongside Paul Kelly, Tina Arena & Abby Dobson and scored a top 10 in the Australian MP3 pop charts. Kent performs solo or with his band featuring Mal Page on Drums (Traps, The Falls) and "The Reverend" Tom Tilley on Bass (Clarity).

In addition to his own music, Kent is a respected musos muso. He has collaborated / performed with many artists including as touring keyboardist for Waikiki (now performing as high profile UK based indie act The Howling Bells). He is demand as an accordian player in Sydney performing with acts including Renny Field, The Mischief and Sierra Fin.
