Bio

In a Keogh Maybon show, you'll find that creativity, inventiveness and craziness lead the way. Playing a mixture of Acoustic Blues and Folk Rock music, Keogh performs an easy listening and vibrantly entertaining act.

Whilst working a variety of covers, his interesting original songs reflect views of the world around him. Keogh has the gift to get audiences groovin’ to great tunes incorporating Slide Guitar, foot beats, Didgeridoo and a solid voice.

He has performed in many venues around Coffs Harbour, such as The Seaview Tavern @ Woolgoolga, The Hoey Moey, The Coffs Harbour Yacht Club, The Park Beach Surf Club, The Coast Hotel, and The Amble Inn @ Corindi.

Further abroad, Keogh has ventured to venues like The Valla Beach Tavern, The Diggers Tavern @ Bellingen, The Sea Breeze Beach Hotel @ SWR, Hotel Henry Rous @ Ballina, The Star Hotel Maxville, The Nymboida Coaching Station, and many more.

Prominent gigs include supports to Jon Stevens (ex. Noiseworks, ex. INXS), 1927, True Live, Jeff Martin (ex. Tea Party), Ebb N’ Flo and Wutussi.

Appearances at The Talent Development Project “Start Me Up Concert” @ The Sydney Entertainment Centre, The NSW Training Awards @ The Sydney Convention Centre, ABUCAS (Credit Union) Convention at the Cairns Passenger Terminal, and locally The Urunga Toast Food And Wine Festival, The Coffs Harbour Buskers Festival and The Woolgoolga Curry Festival, and the Kalang Upstream Festival.
