Biography

When I won the Swedish Air-guitar competition, because no other girl went up on stage, I grew. A lot. Maybe I could get closer to my dream of making music? I had been writing since I was seven, but never thought of it as a job..Now several years after I´m happy I was crazy enough trying! In Hollywood 2007 winning Best Jazz Female Vocal, I was proud. The growing-pain had made me taller.
I finally reached my goal!

Lyrics

Waltz In December

Written By: Kerstin Stilling

Starlit night covering of snow
Waltz In December
Christmas comes around
The Starspangled Banner
And tender candlelight
Frosty gaze wollen gloves
Chilled to the marrow
All christmas gifts are bought
Drinking some spiced wine
By the fire in a café
Christmas trees filled with sweets
Ham, jingles and sleigh-ride
Brings the joy to our home
Houses of gingerbread-bisquits
And greetings to people we love
Waltz....

Things

Written By: Kerstin Stilling

Baking some bread
Posting a letter
Buying good sherry
And food for my cat

Making a fire
Put on some lipstick
Milk and banana
Glance on a leader

Telephones ringing
Children have fever
No time for ego
Writing must wait

Tender and anger
Frustration is ice

But when you put your hand in mine
The reason is profound
Feel security make land
Self evident for some
Things that make me come alive
To actually survive
Talking about Things....

Serving a sandwich
Travelling toothbrushes
Dressing Olympics
The Captain is here

Shoes that are missing
Where is my makeup
Yesterday backwards
Then silence arrive

Daily name focus
Inactivity ruling
But inside Sahara
Oasis can fool

Perfectly missing
On time every hour
Three a clock meeting
Like newborn again

Frosty and heat
Emotions and garlic

But when you put.......

To run out of paper
When you´re already there

Making coffee
But longing for tea

Talking about Things..

Much More Better

Written By: Kerstin Stilling

It´s going to be so good now
It´s going to be much more better

You have changed your ways
Came to peace instead

In your head
No one to blame
Everybody feel
Just not the same

Look inside you
You are paradise

Kill the beast
Plant a seed

Black tulip
Red roses

Close your eyes
It´s a miracle

We are walking
Talking
Feeling
Stalking

Heavenly Country-side

It´s going to be much more better..

Pick some tomatoes
Make your own salad
A bench in the garden
Keep watching a snail

Apples from a tree
Berries on a pancake
Parsley and cucumber

Quality of life
Kingdom of heaven

Magic
Paradise

It´s going to be so good now
It´s going to be much more better

You have changed your ways
Came to peace instead

In your head
No one to blame
Everybody feel
Just not the same

Look inside you
You are paradise...
