Bio
Embarking on his journey at the tender age of fifteen, Kesed has been dazzling and abusing audiences all over the globe. A true wordsmith, Kesed is one of the original members of the 2006 Nuyorican Slam Team, and 2005 Urban Word Slam Team; Brave New Voices National Slam Champs. He has performed with the likes of The Last Poets Abiodun, Dead Prez, Kamilah Forbes (producer of Def Poetry), Russell Simons Def Poets, and Grammy Award Winning group Arrested Development. Activist by birth and performer by nature, Kesed will continue to show life through creative expression and meditation, changing the world one mind at a time.
