Kevin Kush

Kevin "Kush" Garner was born in the Crown Heights area of Brooklyn, NY, and lived there until around age 10. He then moved to Staten Island, NY, and at age 14 moved into Stapleton project housing where he spent the rest of his teenage years. Under the influence of his cousin Timothy "Swiggz" Higgs and always having an ear for music he started writing rhymes at an early age but always kept it as one of his favorite hobbies. Now at 26 years old, a wife, and two kids later, his focus has gotten very straightforward. He's had a one track appearance on Dj Noize's, Can You Hear Me Now Vol.2, and a light performance at Club Pyramid but that didn't even skim the surface. The title of his debut mixtape, Music Money Life, which dropped October 2012 is the perfect way to start his beginning.
