Chicago native Kevin Cochran's smooth folk rock sound has landed the artist onto VH1, notable movie soundtracks, and even onto the same musical stage as artists Pink, O.A.R., and Gavin DeGraw. Recent satellite radio success has encouraged another U.S. tour off the release of the brand new 3rd album.
Recorded and Produced in the Spring of 2009, Kevin Cochran's 3rd Album titled "The Quarter After Life" aims at bringing the same styles of previous albums, but with a more mature experienced Kevin Cochran behind the songwriting. The Quarter After Life features 12 tracks, including the debut singles In Circles, This Year and Let Me Know You're Mine. Also on the disc is Kevin's first ever recorded cover song, 's Into The Mystic . The CD will be released nationally September 1st on iTunes and everywhere else September 15th, 2009.

Kevin Cochran began writing songs at the age of 15 and after years of touring, countless performances, and musical accomplishments, ventured back into the studio in the Spring of 2009 to record his 3rd full length album, “The Quarter After Life”, due out this fall.
If notoriety and industry attention was what Kevin was seeking from his 2009 winter tour, the Chicago native accomplished that task. Kevin’s smooth and relatable folk rock sound has landed him onto the same stage of many industry artists, such as Pink, O.A.R., and , just to name a few.
With recent satelite radio and iTunes success, Kevin is anxious to get back this fall and winter of 2010. Similar to the likes of Jason Mraz, with a folk style comparable to that of David Gray, Kevin delivers soothing melodies and catchy lyrical tandems sure to keep you addicted to his sound. With music already featured on 3 movie soundtracks and VH1, look for big things in the upcoming year for Kevin Cochran.
