Biography

Kevin Milo is a Los Angeles based Singer/Songwriter. Growing up in the desert southwest city of Tucson, Arizona he was exposed to a wide array of music including blues, country, folk and Southern-hard rock and even a bit of metal. Inspired by Howlin' Wolf, Willie Dixon, Elmore James, B.B., Muddy, Ronnie Van Zant, the Stones, Beatles, CSNY, CCR, Allman Bros, Arlo and Woody, Zeppelin, Dylan, Cash, Waylon, Merle, Willie, Billy Jo Shavers, Hank & Jr., George Jones, Glen Campbell and Jimmy Webb, Jason & the Scorchers, Clapton, Robert Cray, Stevie Ray Vaughn, X, the Clash, Nirvana, STP, U2, Social Distortion, Beck, Sublime, The White Stripes on and on and on.... These influences are reflected in his music. But it all comes back to the blues, as it should. Kevin has recently been in the studio at Barn Productions with Berklee School of Music grad, Rob Harkness. A multi-talented producer, arranger, engineer, multi-instrumentalist extraordinaire. They are currently in rehearsals for live appearances in support of the upcoming CD: "Daily Street". Check back for upcoming show dates in the Los Angeles area.
