Bio

Born in Boston and raised in Nova Scotia, Canada, Kevin first performed in public at the age of 6 and has appeared on both radio and TV from the age of 13.
Some of Kevin's achievements include: Two appearances as a featured songwriter on CBC Radio, Canada's national radio station, a video release featured on Much Music, Canada's MTV, with the band Steps Around The House, recording the title song for the movie Toby McTeague in New York and working with Kevin Hunter, Natalie Cole's former manager. This song, incidentally, was nominated for a Genie Award, Canada's version of an Oscar. Kevin's songwriting ability with his band New Graffiti won Q104 Radio's songwriting contest while performing at an open-air venue for 50,000 people. His winning performance took him to Toronto where he performed live on a coast-to-coast TV program hosted by Jim Carrey. Kevin has also won a Canadian Factor Grant Award for excellence in the category of Pop Songwriting. This led to another trip to New York to work with such greats as guitarist Rick Derringer of "Hang on Sloopy" fame.
In the last years Kevin has been crossing Europe as an entertainer as well as continuing with radio commercials in Canada, from National beer and milk campaigns to ads for cellular phone companies and everything in between. His performances as a solo entertainer have taken him from London to Reykjavik, Oslo to Zurich as well as a tour in the Caribbean. While in Reykjavik, Kevin was featured and performed live on Iceland's national radio station. Kevin was also recorded live from The Splendid Bar in Zurich for a 3Sat German TV production, which aired in Norway, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Kevin met his wife in 98 and moved to Switzerland in 99. They now live in Austria and Kevin performs regularly for corporate events and at his favorite venues. Since making his home in Europe, there has been a profound shift toward what Kevin feels have been his true roots, songwriting. This surge in creativity has opened a door into writing for and with new talented artists as well as writing and producing his upcoming album. Kevin’s newly crafted brand of music is an expression of his desire to reveal the full palette of his emotions.
