Bio
Khaos Faktory fuses modern guitar-laden metal and punk with synthesized electronic beats and effects. Taking its cues from bands as diverse as Ministry and KMFDM, the Ramones and the Misfits, Korn and Tool, Metallica and Slayer, and many others, the Khaos Faktory is a genre unto itself.
KF was established as a solo project by Mike Black in the summer of 2006, and released a 5-song EP entitled "Open For Business" in September the same year. After a year-long break from recording music, Black was joined by vocalist Dave Spencer, and guitarist/bassist/programmer Das.
Khaos Faktory's first full-length album "Sinthetic Alchemy" was released in April 2008 on A Dark Philosophy Records and establishes the band's new, darker and heavier industrial-metal sound as well as some eerie ambient/electronica tracks. The band is currently working on its sophomore album entitled "Twisted Fixes & Remixes" as well as its live act.
