Josh and I (Jordan) started off last July as just a studio-based experimental band. We wanted to see how far we could push ourselves in songwriting and production techniques, as well as trying to get the most professional studio sound while still maintaining a home studio-based budget. What spawned from this was our first EP, "Room of Sound." When we realized we had something worth playing gigs with, we added Pat and began booking shows around the New England area. With Pat's addition, we were able to hone our sound, using various vocal and instrumental techniques that were familiarly unfamiliar to the genre. Upon our first major show at Boston's The Roxy Nightclub, we had a fever to playing around--a lot. Since then, we have hopped back into the studio and have just recently released another EP, entitled "Alphabet." Along with being in the studio we are constantly writing new songs, to perfect our sound, but more importantly, to push ourselves and prepare ourselves for our future songwriting, garnering public attention, and touring with national acts. Our influences are: Wolf Parade, The Silversun Pickups, The Helio Sequence, Wilco, and Ra Ra Riot.
