Kid Colossal is a Soul/Pop band from the Boston area. With soulful vocals, jazzy electric piano and delicious guitar at the forefront a pocket bass and drums combo lays the foundation. The group bridges the gap between the classic era of soul and the present day emphasis on evocative songwriting and melodic pop. Their music brings to mind the vintage sounds of artists like Stevie Wonder, Joni Mitchell and Herbie Hancock but offers a fresh twist to make for an overall sound that feels at once familiar and innovative.
