Dublin's own Kid Karate were already a formidable proposition as a two-piece, and bassist Ian McFarlane has proved to be a terrific addition. He lends soulful layers to their previous 'kick-out-the-jams' setting, as their no-nonsense rock is transformed into something approaching Nile Rodgers' funk. Discovered as a duo there is now almost two years during the release of their EP Lights Out, Kid Karate chose the option patience to develop their universe and enrich their line-up with the recruitment of a third musician strengthening a little more the effectiveness of their rock without concessions. Pending the release of their debut album in early 2016, the three musicians from Dublin chose to begin their return by presenting this back a new single, Louder, already used it a few months ago in a TV commercial for the Xbox One Microsoft. - Sound of Violence
