Feeling a bit camera shy
Bio
Growing up here in Honolulu, HI, I've always been surrounded by surf and surfers. In fact, my first few lessons on guitar were fom a local surfer well respected for his agility on the waves. So naturally, Surf music always had a place in my heart. Dick Dale, The Ventures, these instrumentalists all had a cool sound that had seemed to fade away. Then came Joe Satriani, and when I heard him, I was Hooked. Joe is certainly a big influence and his landmark album Surfing with the Alien definitely sparked a revolution in my way of thinking. I'd like to keep the flame giong and carry the torch for well into this century.
