Bio
Killed by Butterfly (sometimes stylized only with Killed) is a band from Jakarta,
Indonesia. The band is fronted by guitarist Roma Sophiaan and drummer Adhe Patria, and
has undergone numerous line-up changes since their inception. The band has been
influential in the progression of the underground music scene in Jakarta and they are known for their intense live shows.
In 2008 under the auspices of Ryde Records, their debut album was released and it has stolen public and media’s attention because of the songs were so much different from public’s expectation. They were equipted with fast tempo songs that has been dead for years in the local music scene.
