Hawaii-based singer-songwriter Kimberly June is like sunshine walking into a room- radiating positivity and making you feel right at home with her soulful vocals, honest lyrics and rich, percussive guitar playing. Her prolific writing abilities landed her a publishing deal in Nashville at the age of 21, where she was mentored by top hit-makers and executives. Some of her most recent achievements include co-written songs on TV shows like Nashville and Degrassi High, an endorsement with Kala Brand Music, and a main-stage performance at Wanderlust Oahu 2018. Her single, Love and be Loved, was a finalist winner at the 2018 Hawaii Songwriter Festival and is available now on iTunes. Between Hawaii and LA, she is currently working on her album “Just KJ”, featuring all new songs since her Saturn-return and new spiritual awakening. Growing up in New England, the Dominican Republic and eventually finding a home in Hawaii, KJ is a true country girl at heart with a deep love for nature and wide-open spaces. She fills her cup by traveling often, practicing yoga daily and creating healthy meals from her garden.
