Kim Kalesti

Originally from Pueblo Colorado, Kim Kalesti arrived on the New York City music scene in 1982. Soon after, Kim became a regular performer at New York's famed night club "Lush Life" where she gained her stripes singing with and for Jazz heavy weights including Clark Terry, Jon Hendricks, Eartha Kitt, Johnny Hartman, and Milt Jackson. Upon being signed to the Emarcy label in 1992, Kalesti began touring regularly in Japan and throughout Europe, headlining many major Festivals including JVC, NorthSea, Pori, JazzTimes, Berlin Philharmonic, Ottawa, and Caramour. Since then, Kalesti has released a number of albums and continues to tour and electrify audiences around the world. To be witness to such pure talent is truly a gift!
