Biography

Kimmie has stunned audiences with her vocal performances throughout the United States and Canada. The most notable recent occasions in her repertoire of appearances include “Superfest,” an event sponsored by Floyd Mayweather Jr. in Las Vegas, Nevada, and “Desert Madness,” a charity event hosted by Cedric Ceballos, previously of the Phoenix Suns.

Kimmie has opened for such celebrity entertainers as, Lenny Williams, of “Cause I Love You” fame, which has been heralded as one of the greatest love songs ever written. Accolades followed for her at B.B. King’s Club in Memphis, Tennessee. Kimmie was also in the spotlight, along with Jerry Lee Lewis during Memphis In May.

Venues extraordinaire to showcase Kimmie’s vocal expertise include television appearances like Arizona Midday, and annual song and dance shows entitled “Sky Recordz Revue,” on Fremont Street in Las Vegas and The Arizona State Fair. Locally in Arizona, Kimmie has entertained musically, singing her newest recordings at locations such as Firebird International Raceway, Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum, The Auto Show, Cardinal Stadium, Y-Me Walk-A-Thon and many others to numerous to mention.

Touring the South with Team Airplay and hitting the Chitlin Circuit from California to Florida has been a highlight of her career. The National Anthem has been requested across this great country in major sporting events during halftime. During this time she has met with such talents as the incomparable Aretha Franklin, Celine Dion, Koko Taylor, Lenny Williams, Madonna and Diana Ross. The ultra talented Jerome Teasley, a Motown Hall of Fame drummer and percussionist for Ike and Tina Turner, has coached Kimmie on managing her stage presence, self confidence, and on taking command of her audience. Sandra Wilson, a vocal coach of Kimmie’s, has worked with super stars like Mary J. Blige, Patty LaBelle, Whitney Houston and the American Idol Oscar winner, Jennifer Hudson. Kimmies training with these professional could be said to be unparalleled.

Glimpses of Kimmie by her fans, comprise a magnetic personality that enables her to put on a tight stage show, an unstoppable work ethic, and added to that, Kimmie exudes a beauty that is not just outward, but an inner beauty that penetrates her very being. This teen is grounded in family values, has great dreams and stops at nothing to achieve this dream. She writes her own lyrics and has the presence to lead her own band. She encourages the youth of today to follow their dreams.
