It’s been 35 years since the original line up of The Band played its final concert at Bill Graham’s famed Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco. Magically, the incredible body of work and the spirit of one of Canada’s greatest musical legends lives on in King Harvest’s Tribute to The Band.
Five Collingwood area musicians (Aaron Garner, Rick Garner, Jason Redman, Drew McIvor, and John Hall) have teamed up with Jeff Woods (of Legends of Classic Rock Fame) to present a show that celebrates The Band’s rich musical history. King Harvest recreates The Band at its peak, from their years backing Ronnie Hawkins and Bob Dylan to their solo career as one of North America’s premiere rock acts.
