King Jai

Known initially for his outgoing personality and his skills as a trained Barber - Birmingham, Alabama, native King Jai (born Jarrad Johnson) stepped out as a rapper in 2011, when he began work on his debut track, "Jet Life". Despite being unsigned, 3 years later, King Jai has worked with countless artist and producers to include: Bohagan, Kid Class, Ray Rush, Slayer Tracks, Supreme Team, Messiah, Da Rapper, Cj Da Fly Guy, J. Blev, Dj Lady B., Solo Dred, Lost City, Castro, Yung X, and Gifted on the Track just to name a few. King Jai is currently working the Atlanta music scene with performances, appearances and hosting gigs throughout the southern region of the country. With a relatively sturdy following, and controversial but meaningful rap lyrics King Jai has received amazing feed back from true rap fans and supporters. Rounding out 2013, the debut mix tape, "All Eyes On Me" will feature original beats, production and lyrics written by King Jai. He's taking his time to release the mix tape, because he says, "I want it to be true to who I am as an artist, if it's not something I would listen to I don't want to release it just because of what popular culture says is cool." The "All Eyes On Me" mix tape will be released and available for download September of 2013. - Jacoby
