Kenyan recording artist, King Kanja (born in London) first made a name for himself as the winner of BET’s Wild Out Wednesday in 2009. His signature blend of Hip Hop, Reggae, and African Poly-rhythmic Music was so well received that he instantly garnered large fan base in Africa, Europe, Asia, and through out the United States. King Kanja has rocked the stage with many world renowned acts such as Kranium, Fabolous, J. Holiday, Jeremiah, and Beenie Man.
Additional Credits: King Kanja is set to perform again SXSW 2016 Music festival, he has also performed at the Glastonbury Music, on Season 3 of Coca-cola Coke Studio Cypher based in Nairobi, Kenya and is set to debut his new music video “Cathy” dedicated to the legendary Cathy Hughes in January 2016!
