South Jersey’s own prodigal son has returned home better than ever!
This seasoned rap veteran, turned gospel artist, has reinvented himself. Once again, proving there is nothing too hard for God! Blessed with Divine Empowerment, King Richard delivers righteous word-play over well crafted beats, creating hard hitting Holy Hip-Hop hymns.
In the early years, King Richard quickly discovered his love for Hip-Hop and his ability to recreate Hip-Hop’s booming bass lines and dramatic drum patterns using only his mouth. After which, he became a member of a group called "The Session", formed by his older brother, Kevin, who named him "The Flesh Orkestra”.
King Richard later attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia where he studied audio/visual production and engineering. He then co-founded a group that quickly developed a following among the student body. King Richard also studied at the Institute of Audio Research, New York City, where he began to establish himself as a writer, producer and performer.
Now resting on the Word of God and answering the call, King Richard intends to further the Kingdom of God through incorporating God’s Word into Hip-Hop music.

King Richards mission is to introduce Holy Hip Hop music to the target audience that gives the same musical intensity of popular hip hop music but with a more positive, constructive message that will move young people to a closer relationship with God.
