Bio
The KING’S KISS is not an ordinary look back in time. It’s a fun and entertaining spoof of nostalgia that will keep an audience hanging on to see what will happen next. A KING’S KISS performance combines the most explosive songs from the hottest band in the land with the energy and vocal styling of the King himself, performed by EZ Benelli, a poor Elvis impersonator from Reno, Nevada, and in turn takes everyone back 30 years for a look at two of the most influential music icons of the 70’s. The show incorporates the craziness and gimmickry that surrounded KISS and Elvis throughout their turbulent careers, with a twisted sense of past and present. Using satire and exaggeration, a KING’S KISS show brings to life images of yesteryear that true KISS and Elvis fans embrace as they relive the past.
As for the boys in the band, The KING’S KISS is a way to keep their heroes alive while feeding their alter egos. The band has questionable taste, and suffers from their own
unique dementia, which only fuels madness, yet are accomplished musicians who emphasize the musical aspect of their show. Yes, some may not get it right away, but it is exactly what it is, through nonsense and buffoonery, The KING’S KISS will rock the house and make any event memorable. From the Doc, “Royal physician, tattoos, and psychologist extraordinaire to The KING’S KISS”, keeping EZ alive, to the many horrible one-liners that will be dropped before the night is through, each performance is tailored to fit any occasion, and will be sure to keep patrons talking until next time.
