BandRockAdult Contemporary

What would you say to the term "gospel rock?" The Black Crowes are a very close member of our family of passion and sound. We strive to reveal this passion with each performance and delivery of our messages.

Biography

Our band is very culturally diverse ethinically, musically, and spiritually. We strive to establish a precedent by exemplifying our work in our lives. As Dennis Ryder once said (manager of Evanescence), "... this band is worthy of stadium audiences while performing in 200 seat venues. Where do they get the magic?" Magic is passion and feeling is unexplainable. Once while late arriving to the House of Blues in Anaheim, our road manager was hanging from the roof, security was moving to clear our equipment from the stage, our bass player, having just finished his business in the restroom couldn't find the backstage door and proceded to climb under the curtain as the announcer yelled, "no climbing on the stage." Without any time to think, the band tore into their rendition of Ike and Tina's "Proud Mary" and all was forgotten.

Discography

Our debut album is called Play With Me.
Our upcoming album is as of yet untitled.
We also have just released our brand new Christmas Album.
We have a Mountain Dew Amp Energy Radio Six Pack that aired on LA's famous college radio station KCRW. We air monthly internet radio live broadcasts sponsored by fastserve.net. Through these broadcasts we have made new friends in an oil rig in Alaska, others in a quaint village in Wales, and still others in Miami, Belgium, Sacramento, in other words all over the world. We have also made a public access show for Adelphia Cable in Van Nuys. Formerally known as Mr. King, our debut CD is available through Tower Records, cdbaby.com and well as our official website, kingsroadband.com and it's sister site commonly known as "A Mighty Chorus," home.earthlink.net/~theroadofkings.
