Bio

“This female fronted troupe describe themselves as being from ‘deepest, darkest Devon’ and I’m sure there are darker things in Devon, but they certainly wouldn’t be out of place in an 80s Brat Pack or 90s US teen vampire flick. Upbeat and energetic this sound is clearly influenced by some of those 80s greats, Cyndi Lauper & Blondie, though the sound isn’t dissimilar to those 90s Britpop female fronted bands, Echobelly & Lush. Apologies for the reliance on comparison to female fronted bands but there’s just no escaping it. The best place to hear this music would be in some bare brick walled underground pub with a cider & black in hand, all dolled up to the nines! Bring it on”Laura Malarkey - 247 Magazine
