Bio

2011 will be the year that Klé becomes a household name. Klé's upcoming album, "Cocoa Addiction", has him poised to be the next national R&B sensation. With futuristic vocal arrangements and harmonies, one listen will captivate and prove that Klé is most definitely on the level with his contemporaries in the R&B genre.

Klé sings, writes, produces, records, and mixes as well. When you take his unique style and versatility, and add it to the passion he puts into his music, you get an artist that is determined to succeed. He has shared the stage with and opened for such artists as Tyrese, Vivian Green, Mint Condition, Sam Salter, Jon B., Cam'ron, Noreaga, M.O.P., and N.A.A.M. Brigade. This has acquainted him with large audiences, and has prepared him to be successful on a national level.

His first album, "K-L-E", was an eclectic blend of R&B, Soul, Hip-Hop, and Dancehall/Reggae. It includes production work from industry professionals whom have worked with the likes of Lloyd, Paul Wall, Young Buck, Tweet, Petey Pablo, Bonecrusher, Talib Kweli, Dem Franchize Boyz, Khujo Goodie of The Goodie Mob, The Outlawz, Angie Stone, Lil' Scrappy, Bun B, Eightball, Tech N9ne, Krizz Kaliko, and many more. The album features several major collaborations. Virgin/After Platinum artist Bizzy Bone lends a scorching verse to the club banger, "Hatin' On Me", while Jive recording artist and Grammy Nominee Raheem DeVaughn, AKA Smokie Temptation, adds his sultry vocals to the bedroom anthem, "Slow Love". R&B star Sam Salter also spices up the mix with writing and background vocals on the undeniable smash "The Only One". Another notable song from the album is "Give Me A Try", which was recorded at the legendary Tuff Gong Studio made famous by the Marley family.

K-l-e is performing any chance he gets, whether it is for a crowd of 5 or 5,000. Klé has recently wrapped two new projects. The first project, "The Prologue EP", dropped on February 14, 2011. The aforementioned album "Cocoa Addiction" will soon follow, due to hit the shelves in Fall/Winter 2011.
