imagine a big scary dude, think again. KOE is a power movement and his music is has a unique way of spreading the message. When asked why he like to talk about violence in his music, Mason says as he sits up, "the same reason i cant walk into a "safe" neighborhood without being stared at because how my generation came up.” Mason belief is that his energy itself has a power to make people vibe and listen, and by speaking reality into his music is reaching them. He recites a passage from the bible since 2002 when his uncle died from a car wreck. Over and over he played 2pac, after awhile he pretty said, "2pac became like a second dad he never met from listening to him so much." After years of practicing how to rhyme he developed a flow that became catchy and suitable for any track. In 2015 he started performing in Winston Salem at Ziggys. He met 9th Wonder, actually his favorite producer, he got a chance to talk with him and watched 9th Wonder perform front row. Mason went on the rest of 2015 still until this day motivated with hits like Watch Out (2017), Right Now (2016), Get Away (2016), Theral Bread (2020), KOE  (2018), On The Set (2020), Hit Em Up (2020), Raw Dawg (2020), and alot more. We asked how does he come up with his ideas his response was,"give a dark room, loud speakers, and a bl**t, you got a hit." as he shrugged his shoulders.
