Poet / Writer / Artist
Korina Jocson holds a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley and is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University. Her publications include articles, essays, poems, and a forthcoming book. Additionally, she has produced a number of short documentaries and multimedia projects. Her experimental video poems entitled “14 Reasons Why” and "Her Ways" were official selections at the 2003 and 2006 Women of Color Film Festival in Berkeley, CA. She writes song lyrics and collaborates with other artists and musicians. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
