The Kounty Boyz can politely be described as intelligent hoodlums. Music is their dope and they refuse to stop slanging.The Atlanta/Tampa based rap duo Kounty Boyz consists of DK (formerly of the Dangerous Boyz) and OOZY. They have been tearing up the FL urban scene for over 5 years. They have opened for acts such as Slick Pulla and CTE. Honing their skills in night clubs all over the south, at clubs like Sobe Live in Miami, Club Empire/Full Moon/112 in Tampa, Page II and Boomers in St. Pe-tersburg. They have performed in Montgomery, Orlando, Atlanta, Gainesville, Lake City and Jack-sonville. Kounty Boyz have competed in and won a reality television series called “Making the Next Hit” which featured Lil Wayne. Fairly new to the industry but not to the rap game Kounty Boyz have songs for the hood, the club and the ladies. They are highly regarded by Dewayne Brown, Frank Taylor, Bey Bright, T.J. Chapman, C. Wakeley, Big Amp and many of Florida’s top DJ’s DK & Oozi currently have a video for the hit song “Get Lost Money” and are shooting videos for “Get Away” and “Crank Up”. Moving units all over the southeast the Kounty Boyz are well on their way to fame.
