KouseFly debuted in the Oregon music scene in 2006, kicking off as a duo singer/songwriter act releasing its first single "Bluhai Flower."
Since then the band has grown into a full 4-piece and is recording its first album, "Down by a Billion," due in music stores and on itunes in June 2010.
KouseFly's growing popularity stems from its focus of merging classic Manchester Rock with Americana Folk Rock.
Recent Achievements:
-Winter 2009-2010 Self-produced first album
- Summer 2009 helped raised over $3,400 for local non-profits and causes by coordinating guitar raffles at Kousefly shows/ Caden Thrasher and Healthy Beginnings.
- Song used in soundtrack of the national award winning indie film "Fifth Form."
-Same song won a Garageband.com Song of the Week, which was... "Around the Bend"
