"Balance"

This is Krack Diesel's simple description of his music. Boasting witty wordplay and intricate personal narratives, Krack constantly explores the balance between trying to grow up and being stuck in his ways. In a genre of music that currently prides itself on presenting unreal images, Krack is here to provide balance.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, Krack's earliest influences in Hip Hop were Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, and Tupac. While he'd fallen in love with Hip Hop in the early 90s as a child, it wasn't until 1999 that he was inspired to write his own raps.

This was spurred on by listening to The Slim Shady LP for the first time. Eminem was not only an example of an excellent lyricist, but he was also the first example of a rapper from Krack's hometown gaining mainstream exposure. Through Eminem, Krack began to also get acquainted with the rich local music scene that he'd once been unaware of.

As time went on, Krack began to study some of the greatest artists of the era in hopes to carve out his own path in Hip Hop. All of this came to a head when Krack released his first mixtape "The Chain of Memories" in 2008. He's followed up since then with various projects and after a temporary hiatus has recently dropped his "Welcome to the Palace" EP as the first of a series of three EPs he is releasing leading up to his first full length project in over a year "King Krack".

Krack looks to continue the momentum he has gained with "Welcome to the Palace" well into the new year.
