KREEP has been voted "favorite up and coming band" in the year in review issue of Metal Edge magazine.
Inimitable showmanship and fundamental metal approach make checking out vocalist Brett Pirozzi and
his band a sure bet," said
Metal Edge scribe Roger Lotring.
The band has been getting air play on local radio stations such as 92.3 KOMP and 107.5 Extreme Radio
with an outpouring of great response and requests.
KREEP's live shows pummel audiences into submission night after night with an explosive 45-minute set
built upon one simple strategy: hammering out one tune after another and leaving the masses begging
for more. Songs like "Thanx 4 Nothin", "Lead Us Not", and their obscure cover of Public Enemy's
"She Watch Channel Zero" quickly become fan favorites.
Frontman Brett Pirozzi takes on the responsibility of producing a full fledged metal assault that strikes a
balance between radio listeners and hard core metal junkies. Combined with the bassist Alan Vine,
and drummer Ray Maxim, and the guitarist Brian Jackson,
the band takes the crowd to a point of chaos, just as easily as they can bring them back
down to sing along to their favorite songs.
The bands love for the music, and the high energy of their live show has caused KREEP's
fanbase to spread nationwide.
