Please allow us this opportunity to introduce ourselves. We are "THE KRIMZON BAND", a seven - piece, five member band from the Greenville, South Carolina area. We would first like to thank you for taking a moment of your limited time to preview our promo pack and listen to our demo recordings.

"Krimzon" is a group of musicians who play a variety style of cover music including Rock & Roll, Country, and Rhythm & Blues performances. In the Greenville area, we have discovered that our music appeals to a wide range of audience participants and our popularity continues to grow. To fully appreciate our music, it would be more appealing for one to hear us in a live application.

The "Krimzon Band" was formed in the fall of 2002 when Rob Browning and Michael C. Norwood were introduced to one another at a gig in Upstate South Carolina. Being the founding members of the group, both Rob and Michael were impressed by each others musical abilities. They began their musical relationship after they discovered that each not only had an interest, but also had been influenced by the music of The Beatles.

After their introduction to a lead guitarist during the summer of 2003, the group began playing a variety of gigs in the upstate. Through this time, Rob developed an interest in Audio Amplification and began acquiring the needed PA System the band currently uses. As time passed, along with changes in the band line-up, their musical cohesiveness developed and the band discovered their abilities and interests in a variety of music; which includes Rock & Roll, Country, and Blues style performances.

The band's bassists, Jeremy Shirley, came on board during the summer of 2005. He was followed by the inclusion of Cecil Craig, the drummer, shortly thereafter. The group continued with this line-up throughout 2005 & into 2006.

Rob Browning is a self-taught guitarist who has been playing acoustical guitar for more than 25 years. Along with playing rhythm guitar, Rob also sings lead and plays harmonica on several of the songs the band performs.

He began his musical interest at an early age while listening to a variety of Rock & Roll groups of the sixties and seventies. Several of Rob's musical influences include America, Bob Seger, Bob Dylan, Bad Company, The Beatles, Eric Clapton, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Eagles, and James Taylor just to name a few.

Rob has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from WVIT within the field of Industrial Technology Education and currently teaches technology education in Upstate SC. One of his major areas of interest includes Audio Sound Amplification, of which he has compiled together the PA Equalization Sound System the band currently uses on gigs. Rob is married to his loving wife Peggy and has one son, who graduated from high school during the spring of 2003, and three step-daughters, all having graduated.

Michael C. Norwood has been playing rhythm guitar for over 30 years. Growing up in a singing family in the 1960's, he soon developed a voice for almost any style of singing; all the way from Mississippi Delta Blues, Country, Rock & Roll, Bluegrass, Rock-a-Billy, Opera, even to Gospel. He also loves to "yodel" either in the Swiss style or the American Southern Blues style.
