Bio
I am indie-pop singer Kris n. from Dayton, Ohio. I call my music recession-pop because of it's obvious lack of a recording budget. I do not hide the fact that I record in my kitchen. I lay the music down in one take letting the sounds of the room become part of the songs. My songs are cemented moments in time and it in not uncommon to hear kids playing, a TV talking, or a telephone ringing behind the catchy and moody pop rhythms. I have released one EP and one LP on Poptek records. My music is for sale through I-Tunes, Amazon, Rhapsody, and so on. My music has been featured on LastFM, MP3Hugger, All My Little Words blog, the Buddha Den, Dayton Daily News, Active Dayton.com, and an upcoming session on Daytrotter. There is a number of free downloads at poptek.com or kris-n.com. Including a free weekly download call my 'song of the week'.
