Kalja Riddim Klan (KRK) blend classical western and indigenous instruments from Melanesia, North Africa, Europe and Brazil to create an innovative and genuine expression of World Music. They are the most original band in Vanuatu. Every year, since 2006 they have performed on the main stage in front of 10,000 people at Fest’Napuan. They have supported George Telek (PNG), David Bridie, and Alpha Blondy. They released their first album “Long Taem Bifo” in 2007, and are due to release their second album this year. They have toured throughout Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Fiji and New Caledonia.
